Woodbine: Spice Route romps in Singspiel

Favored Spice Route rallied strongly under Mike Smith to take the Grade 3, mile and a half Singspiel Stakes over New York invader Solitaire, who was ridden by Chantal Sutherland. Ironically, Smith and Sutherland recently broke up.
