Saratoga shipper Sensational Slam, the 7-5 favorite, outran another first-timer, Naval Attack, to take the $150K Clarendon Stakes, a five and a half-furlong dash for Ontario-bred 2yos. Patrick Husbands rode the winner for owner Bobby Flay and trainer Todd Pletcher.
