Heavily-favored First Bullet got left at the break from the one-hole in the opener, and wound up fifth, but was beaten just a half-length for the top spot. Corredor's d'Amour won the $32K maiden claimer after coming from a stalking position, completing the five furlongs in :58.51.
Caoutchouc rallied wide from the back of the pack to take the slow-paced second, a $40K conditioned claimer, in a time of 1:18.10 for the six and a half furlongs.
