Today's 50 cent Pick 5 looks pretty playable. There are a couple of tough races where you'll need to go deep, as always, but it does seem like you can wrap up a couple inexpensively, too. One horse I'm singling is Easy Ashley (#1) in the 10th. She's a turf/sprint specialist meeting a field comprised largely of horses inexperienced in this area. In the 8th race, Shimmering Tina (#1) will be a single on some of my secondary tickets, but on my main ticket I'll also include Manhattan Beach (#5). The 6th and 7th races, the first two legs of the Pick 5, are wide-open maiden races where it seems you'll need to go deep, while the 9th race (Leg 4) seems manageable enough.
Tomorrow's Pick 5 features a $250,000 guarantee. The final leg is the Grade 1 United Nations Handicap.
