Odds-on favorite La Mousse ($3.00) won the 6th, the first leg of the Pick 5, keeping just about everybody alive in the 50 cent Pick 5. It wasn't without some anxious moments late, though, as More Memories and Maria's Moon made it close near the wire. Hate to start off any multi-leg exotic with an odds-on choice but that's the hand we were dealt, and we could still come up with some value later on.
