Jockey Cliff Berry, who has won the first two races on the card, is sitting aboard 4-5 favorite Victory Vow in the upcoming third race. Berry has been on a hot streak over the past several weeks, which has continued into this, the final week of the meet. Berry won tonight's first with Texas Treat ($5.80) and the second iwth Shezgoodasitgets ($9.20). Berry is the all-time winningest jockey at Lone Star.
