Alwayswithapproval won his third straight race in as many starts at the meet in the eighth, when he proved much the best in an off-the-turf second level allowance run over a muddy main track. The win came on the heels of victories in a $20,000 conditoned claimer May 21 and a first-level allowance June 19, both on turf. Alwayswithapproval, a 4-year-old by With Approval, is trained by Joe Offolter.
