The first-time starter Ominous Thomas rallied from off the pace to win the fourth race in hand, and might have established himself as the favorite for the colts and geldings division of the Texas Thoroughbred Association Sales Futurity.
It's a tough call, however, as Aces N Kings, who won the first trial, will head into the finale 2-for-2. The Sales Futurity will be run June 5.
