In a dazzling display of speed, Holy Hazaam ($2.60) improved her record over the Lone Star Park course to 6-for-11 with her win in the third race. She covered five furlongs on turf in 56.42 seconds. Holy Hazaam was hooked out of the gate, but quickly separated herself from the field and was clear into the turn. Chris Landeros was aboard for Wengierski Racing and trainer Karl Broberg.
