Justasassycat has opened up as the 4-5 favorite for the upcoming eighth race, a first-level allowance sprint for 3- and 4-year-old fillies bred in Texas. She is making her first start against winners in the six and a half furlong race and is bred to be a good one as a full sister to 2008 Texas-bred horse of the year Stealth Cat.
Stealth Cat, who is a multiple stakes winner, has won 11 races to date and close to $400,000. Both horses are by the Storm Cat stallion Magic Cat.
Justasassycat, who is 4, won her maiden in her fourth start last time and moves to a distance over which Stealth Cat is a stakes winner. The chief threat here could be Proud Player.
