Although there seemed to be early potential for a carryover in the Pick Six Wednesday following the upset of 31-1 shot Time Doesn't Wait in the fourth race at Keeneland, the first leg of the bet, in the end the wager was hit Wednesday for $57,707.
It certainly took a while for the track and tote to come up with the winning payoff. Payoffs for the race were delayed more than 10 minutes.
Besides Time Doesn't Wait and Tangled Sheets, who paid $18.80 in winning the seventh race, the other four winners were well-backed runners that returned $9.40 or less.
