She'll Heir forced her way between fillies in early stretch and won Wednesday's Cinderella Stakes for 2-year-old fillies by a length, but was forced to survive a steward's inquiry regarding her stretch run.
She'll Heir was racing just behind the leaders when jockey Rafael Bejarano guided his mount between Hi Ho Yodeler, who was racing on the rail, and Rockin Heather, who was two-wide entering the stretch. Rockin Heather was bumped several times and faded to finish seventh.
The stewards conducted a brief inquiry before leaving the order of finish unchanged.
She'll Heir ($3.40) ran 5 1-2 furlongs in 1:05.46, winning her first start for trainer Vladimir Cerin and owners David and Holly Wilson. The filly, by Wildcat Heir, won a maiden special weight race in a 21-1 upset at Keeneland on April 9 and was subsequently acquired by the Wilsons.
