My Maloof Rocker, who returned from a layoff of more than six months to finish third in Sunday's eighth race, was claimed in a two-way shake by trainer Doug O'Neill. The race was won by Bran Jammas ($8.80), who ended a five-race losing streak.
My Maloof Rocker was taken for $25,000 and was the only filly or mare in Sunday's eighth race that was eligible to be claimed. The 5-year-old mare has won 5 of 30 starts. She was previously trained by Robert Troeger.
