Subpoena the Dress won Wednesday's second race for $8,000 claimers, and was taken by trainer Paul Schiewe from Linda Mikus.
Mikus, a former assistant to Frank Monteleone, who became a jockey's agent this year, had her first winner at Hollywood Park with Subpoena the Dress, who won by 2 1-2 lengths over Missoula. Warren's R Ready, the 5-2 favorite, could only finish fourth.
Mikus has won two races from 17 starters this year.
