Uncle Don led through an uncontested pace of 22.83 and 45.79 seconds, and won the Grey Memo Stakes for allowance-class horses by 1 1-2 lengths over 48-1 Killer Bear. Uncle Don won his third consecutive race, finishing seven furlongs in 1:22.59.
