Racing cannot be any more formful than the first three races on Wednesday, all won by favorites. Misinjennuous ($2.60) won the first race for maiden claimers, Dee Dee's Legacy ($4.20) won the second race for $12,500 claimers, and Lucky Mr. K ($3.60) won the third race for 2-year-old maidens.
Lucky Mr. K won the first leg of a pick six that attracted bets of $930,687 on a program that began with a pick six carryover of $136,973.
Lucky Mr. K rallied from fifth in a field of seven to win by 4 1-2 lengths after circling the leaders on the turn. He was timed in 1:05.28 for 5 1-2 furlongs. By Benchmark, the colt will be considered for the Graduation Stakes at Del Mar on Aug. 4.
