Trainer Neil Drysdale had two winners on turf on Sunday when First Settler ($13.40) won the fourth race for maiden fillies and Riviera Cocktail ($9.20) won an allowance race over 1 1-16 miles on turf.
Riviera Cocktail benefited from a sharp ride from Tyler Baze to prevail in a photo. Riviera Cocktail finished a nose in front of Red Door Drive, who was just a half-length in front of Meteore, who was making his first start since finishing sixth in the Grade 1 Hollywood Derby last November.
Riviera Cocktail has won two consecutive optional claimers or allowance races.
