As in more heavy rain, according to the radar....so my two cents here, be careful analyzing how the track is playing preceding the Derby...the 9th will be the last dirt race before the Derby...and this rain, by the look of things, is coming perhaps shortly after the 9th.
The expected heavy rain could very well influence how the track is playing, and/or its speed. Certainly to this stage, closers and outside paths have fared best.
