A warm, dry day here, again with high temps expected to reach the high 80s. Fast track, firm turf, with the inner turf rails out 22 feet. The Fri. twilight card gets underway at 2:45 p.m., with the last of 11 races being dispatched close to 8 p.m.
Apparently C.Borel is off his mounts for the 6th straight day, as he is off some of his Fri. mounts already, although his agent, Jerry Hissam, has told CD publicity repeatedly that he expects the future HOFer to be back any day. Borel has been suffering from an eye infection in his eye area.
