Nice of management to wait until all the late pick-3 and pick-4 money is already in the draws before announcing the significant rider change of Angel Moreno for Shamir Maragh aboard Decaf Again in the 9th race. Maragh is a ten pound bug with only two wins to his credit while Moreno is as hot as any rider on the grounds right now and has already won three on today's card. It's not like Maragh was injured in an earlier race as this was his first scheduled mount on the card. With the switch from turf to dirt and the rider change, Decaf Again is now the 2-1 favorite on the tote board off his 20-1 morning line for grass.
