The stewards at least remained consistent and let the latest foul claim slide in the fourth race as well, leaving Doctor Lenny as the winner. There is little doubt jockey Manoel Cruz grandstanded a bit on Star Value but jockey Luis Saez did ride carelessly hitting his horse repeatedly righthanded despite the fact he was trying to lug in for much of the stretch and put Cruz in a position where he had to be uncertain whether he'd continue over on his heels or not. This is another in an endless string of careless rides which have been let go and will precipitate more bad riding unless it is stopped by taking a few of these numbers down.
