Just to clarify:
I made a post shortly after rain came Friday and said the general 'speed, fast-track when wet'
thing on AP Poly wasn't really holding true. That was wrong. While speed wasn't dominant after rain, the track became very, very quick, as has so often been the case during the Poly era here.
Poly should be about the same today, since we're cool and damp once again. Southeast wind (cross/tail in stretch) is light. Fast splits in race 2, a two-turn route, but the pace fell apart. Closer, as well,
in race 1, another route. Suspect when some better stock comes round, we will see fast times. More soon.
